This is the fastest way to reach us, and the only channel we monitor. We aim to reply within two working days.
Reporting an Error
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. If a dimension, load rating or cross reference looks wrong, please include:
- The bearing number and the page address it appears on
- What our page says, and what you believe it should say
- Where your figure comes from — a manufacturer catalogue, datasheet or the marking on the part itself
Errors verified against a manufacturer source are corrected promptly, and the whole series is rechecked at the same time.
Requesting a Series
The database grows by series rather than by individual part numbers, so a request for one bearing usually means adding its whole family. Tell us which series you need and roughly what you are working on — it helps us prioritise what to build next.
Commercial Enquiries
For advertising, data licensing or partnership questions, use the same address and put the subject in the first line so it reaches the right place.
What We Cannot Help With
We are an independent reference site, not a distributor. We do not sell bearings, hold stock, quote prices, or arrange shipping — please contact a supplier for those. We also cannot advise on whether a specific bearing is safe for a specific application; that judgement belongs with the manufacturer or a qualified engineer who knows your operating conditions.
Before You Order
Bearings that share dimensions can still differ in internal clearance, cage material, seal type, lubricant and tolerance class. Always confirm compatibility with the manufacturer or your supplier before purchasing. See our about page for how we compile the data.
